The Sr. Lead Process Engineer reports to the Maintenance Manager II. The role is responsible to plan, create, modify, or adjust work instructions related to Preventive Maintenance Programs at Bay Center Foods in Valencia, California. The role will provide technical and engineering feedback to Team Leaders and Planner for proper execution and implementation of work Instructions of related programs. The role will also create a clear and effective training materials (manuals, guides, engineering drawings) to improve performance for technicians for the maintenance department, focusing on simplifying complex processes, analyzing learning gaps, and ensuring content aligns with Growing Excellence goals, requiring strong writing, project management skills, and learning expertise.
The Sr. Lead Process Engineer bridges content between creators (SMEs) and learners, ensuring instructions are logical, accessible, and enhance skill development. The role will also lead or assist the Maintenance planner/scheduler on scheduling routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance throughout BCF, using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Additionally, the Sr. Lead Process Engineer will enhance processes across the entire organization, working closely with all departments to determine needs, schedules, and priorities for maintenance personnel.
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $190,000.00 to $200,000.00 This pay scale takes into account a wide range of business factors and may change over time.
